Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract by February 15, 2016 and the final version of the paper by April 15, 2016.

Jointly authored papers should be submitted by the person who will present the paper. Please note, that each participant may present at most one paper.

 

Panel Submission:

Researchers are also welcome to organize and propose a panel of 3 or 4 papers.

The person who will submit a proposed panel (henceforth, panel organizer) should create an account in ICCONSS website and submit by February 15, 2016 the extended abstracts of all panel’s papers. Upon acceptance of a paper, the panel organizer should submit the final version of all accepted papers by April 15, 2016.

The presenters of the accepted papers of the panel are welcome to register to the 1st ICCONSS by April 15, 2016. At this stage, all individual presenters should create an account in ICCONSS website.

 

Paper Submission Format:

  • The file format for all submissions (extended abstracts and full papers) should be in pdf format.
  • The working language of the conference is English.
  • All papers (and extended abstracts) should be written in English.
  • Extended abstracts should not exceed 500 words in length.
  • The first page of the extended abstract should include the title of the paper, authors’ names and affiliations, authors’ emails and full address of the corresponding author.
