Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract by March 1, 2018.

Jointly authored papers should be submitted by the person who will present the paper. Please note, that each participant may present at most one paper.

Please use the Submission link in the menu to submit your paper through EasyChair.

Participants who wish their papers to be uploaded on the conference website before the conference, should submit their full-text paper by the 5th of June.

Paper Submission Format:

  • The file format for all submissions (extended abstracts and full papers) should be in pdf format.
  • The working language of the conference is English.
  • All papers (and extended abstracts) should be written in English.
  • Extended abstracts should not exceed 500 words in length.
  • The first page of the extended abstract should include the title of the paper, authors’ names and affiliations, authors’ emails and full address of the corresponding author.
  • The length of the paper (including main text, references and footnotes) should be between 7,000 and 10,000 words.

Panel Submission:

  • If your paper is part of a panel then please submit your abstract as described above, adding the title of the panel and the name of the organizer at the top of the abstract text
